The role of the postpartum doula is to assist new parents into your transition of welcoming your new baby home. We:

Support parents emotionally and physically, while also allowing you to rest and heal.

Assist with body/bottle feeding of baby.

Assure parents are eating and drinking.

Help parents process their birth stories (if needed).

Listen and validate the emotional journey you are on as new parents.
